But look at their relative market caps (HGSI-$B 4.3, CRA $B 1.8), and HGSI has half a billion in debt. HGSI is burning cash at about $100 MM per year, while CRA seems to be positive cash flow right now. The $13/share in cash that HGSI has should be pared down with their $500 MM in LTD or a net of about $9/share vs the $15/share for CRA. Of course, HGSI is also selling at much higher prices.
