Use < pre > and < /pre > for formatting a table in fixed font, i.e., < pre > to turn on fixed font, then < /pre > to turn it off. (Remove the spaces inside <>). Here's a formatting tutorial for SI that shows how to do fixed font and other stuff: #reply-14642418

OT Fixed format font

Put
 and 
around the text you want formatted, just like you would put and around a bit of text you want in bold.

That bit will come out in fixed format text while the rest of the message will wrap.
