Do any folks have exact figures on how much of each ECNs
volume is derived from MMs?

It's estimated to be in the neighborhood of about 70%, I think. But that is orders both posted and being hit/taken, the latter whether on a subscription, SelectNet, or SuperSOES basis, I believe.
