"Getting paid" or "compensated" to the tune this board of directors has is completely insane. They diluted the shareholders with their "compensation" in the form of stock which has resulted in millions and millions of shares being issued to themselves. Show me a Fortune 500 company where the shareholders have been diluted as much as those at SPHC due to "compensation". On top of that the shareholders have seen a negative return on their investment. It's not hard to comprehend. Plain and simple the stock has lost over 90% of it's value when this group took over and it erodes more and more by the day. If they had their act together the stock would rise and not fall.
