Good. I don't think they can come up with 60 votes to repeal the tax cut. Or do you think he'll waive his "rule" in that case?

Michael, I have to agree that it is wrong for the Senate controlled by one party to hold up confirmation votes on nominees by a President of the other party; in fact, I have held this view for the past ten years. I am sure you have too.

I also think it is wrong for a house of Congress to prevent well-supported bills from getting full, fair and open consideration on the floor. BTW, when is the House going to give permit such consideration of the bipartisan campaign finance reform bill?
