Yep, but that won't stop it from resuming crash mode.... he has little power left now... on that front. The next thing that will make the market rally is when the fed starts buying corperate bonds, which will be at least 30% lower on the major indecies, at which point sifting through corperate bonds will replace tech IPO's as the hot game in town sucking up the hot money.
