That is correct and the NDX has a weaker RSI than the Naz in general, but I think this is mostly because the NDX and those ten outperformed the Naz in general from the 9/21 to mid November time window, now there is some rotation. But I would agree with you that without the "leaders' the list does not go far on its own. That is why I might have a local top here in the next two weeks or so.
