If Covd goes busto again, I go down big time. If Covd makes it to $10.00 ps I'll buy Monte Carlo, and name a street after you.
Write this down. My cost in Covd is under a $buck ps.
>>Covad Communications (COVD) $1.60 This is the wildcard of the week. The company had been written off by many, (including me), as just another telecommunications disaster and a symbol of the tech bubble that crushed so many. However, the company looks like it will be a
survivor of the wreck and the stock is beginning to hit many radars screens of speculators and bottom fishers. Coming out of bankruptcy court the company received a slate of many mini-victories. By the end, there were no objections and now the company can now focus on the future. From the very beginning the promise was there by a series of mistakes and poor implementation on the part of the industry as a whole hurt the DSL business and imagine. Yet, there are reasons to believe that the second time around will be different. Certainly the company will not make the same mistakes in delivering the services. There is no denying the lead that cable has over DSL, but by the same token there are technical advantages (and penetration possibilities, everyone has a telephone) that cable still hasn’t been able to overcome. Last week the stocks leapt back onto many radar screens with a surge sparked by news of massive insider
buying, the total of shares bought is north of 1,500,000.
It’s tough to assign a true valuation for the company but some specialists in this field think that ultimately the stock rebounds to $10.00.

Mark,

You took my comment personally. Please do not. I never mean anything as a personal attack here. Maybe once but that was not it;-)
