Great articles, jeff

I always tell my friends that if someone is pitching an investment to me, it must suck as I'm just a small time investor. If it were a good deal, the person wouldn't want others to know about it so he could buy more at lower prices. Same goes with stock promoters. If there are a ton of promoters on a stock, it must really suck. In RE that sure was the case. The hotter the property, the more hush hush. The worse the property, the more marketing.

I've also notice the more message board posts a small company has, the more likely it's just a stock promotion dealie. Notice small and scammy npct has more posts than ibm on RB, 60633 and 12111 respectively. I would think ibm has more news, more investors, more action than little npct. npct doesn't even have a marketable product yet but they do have a ton of stock promoters wiht many user names a piece hyping that company.
