The metaphora is money under the matress. No one is investing and asking where the money should be invested.

There is lack of capital in the massive overall parts of the world. Two solutions ONLY.

1) Those parts of the world should be recolonized, so that the appropriate scenario is in place for this investment and this capital invested there.

2) Massive immigration into the countries where the matresses are.
