Ahhh- it's a Mystery. Hence the name Mysterious Daily Directional Indicator. <gg> Futures actually are in the mix, but only lightly weighted. Thanks for posting your value picks. They have been quite good for the past couple of years- let's hope that they keep it up. I have SBC, HON and XOM as my Dow Dogs. Have positions in all 3. JPM was also a pick, but I didn't buy any of it, based mainly on the negative momentum. Best of Luck, TW

Now that the market has turned down for all of one day (Monday), those who were certain that that they knew the future have already started revising their bullish predictions for January, I see. The wavering has begun, and a few provisional clauses have been added to the predictions. The addendums will ensure that they're always right. 20/20 Hindsight is an excellent system, I must say. By the time January is over, they will have been right whether the market soars to new highs or crashes. We certainly do count on their predictions in this volatile market. We'd be lost without them. We'd be fighting the tape, losing our shirts with our shorts, as it were. The rally WILL continue throughout the month of January -- um, maybe, if earnings are OK, and, ahem, err, after a slight pullback, maybe, at the beginning of the month ... that might last longer than expected ... cough, cough ... if ..... well ....
