I watched the talking heads for a few minutes yesterday put forth on the "recovery" taking place. Appears to me to be much sizzle with little steak.

(Just to give everyone the chance to say what a nut case I am, I'm expecting to get the chance to add some Qcom at or below very low $40's before third quarter 2002. It's not a Q-specific issue.)
