After the close on Monday as the futures kept dropping, the QQQ did too (for a few minutes, anyway), but the NDX didn't. I think that explains the divergence today, though it's always odd to see.

Stop thinking so much. Didn't you read the papers/magazines over the holidays, especially the ones in the last few days -- the economy has recovered. Don't be left flat-footed when son-of-bubble takes off. -g
