And one more thing. IMO, the Euro will do very well in 2002 versus the dollar. Very well indeed. I expect at least a 20% increase over the dollar in 2002. Which is bad news for the US stock market.

Not a hard conclusion to reach. I saw I think yesterday on Fox News channel a debate between supply sider Steve Forbes and Richard Reich ex treasury secretary. Reich echoed your concerns about rates and deficit especially after 2004. Forbes only had his silly grin and allusions to Kennedy & Regan tax cuts as the way out of this economic crisis.
