The margins absolutly suck for these chain resteraunts, as does the roi. The risk reward ratio is way to high IMHO. Resteraunts are unbelievably difficult to manage, if you are planning to own and operate 100's of resteraunt's. In my opinion Outback is terrible, and I wouldnt touch their stock at any price.

the restaurant business has already turned in many respects....and can die at a drop of the hat in this no warning atmosphere... long terms puts yeah, long no way.

in fact... the mingle crap from EAT out of dallas ought to be a good study for a hit on first batter up...
