Your friend was using 27 year parts when Reagan was President and 32 year old parts when Sr. was President, and is now using 41 year parts while George is President. How does this all relate to being Clinton's fault. You need to get something to attack Clinton and you found it even if it is irrelevant crap. Since, I am intimately familiar with the military, I will say again that Clinton's military is kicking butt in Afghan and the Navy has had thousands or sorties off the carriers without losing a single plane so far using those 40 year old parts. Your argument is pathetic. Bush's first budget just go passed and he can change the military now, let's see what happens to the 40 year old parts and readiness.
