I dont disagree, however anyone can open a steak house down the block and compete against them. The food is also unedible IMHO. If I had enough money and opened Big mikes discount steaks what diferentiates me from Outback? Cake on the other hand has a very Difficult Menu in terms of the sheer amount of items, the food is better and the atmosphere more inviting. Dominoes owned the Pizza biz, before that it was Pizza Hut. The steak biz is no diferent. If Micheal Jordan or Ruth chriss decided to go after that mkt Outback would have big problem's.
