I lost the upgrade CD. I am waiting for a new CD to arrive. Keep an eye on the Worden indicator T2113. We are at the same level that the market blew off from in September. It has not been a good indicator the last year since the extremes have not been so severe, but I still pay attention to it. The VIX reading is also flashing a warning signal. My current scenario is a sell off for the first half of January, then a rally in the later half after Microsoft come in with its numbers and retirement saving deposits force fund managers to place the money and the excesses of Christmas get paid off. Note critical 1940 level was tested again this morning a number of time. It is still too early to tell as the volume indicates not all the institutional traders are back. I don`t expect to see their influence till the employment report on Friday at the earliest.
