long term hold??? WHAT is that??? grin I do however have 3 accounts --- ROTH IRA with broker; margin/trade with same broker; online account. My online account is the only one that REALLY gets churned though. I did not seek to become unemployed.......I was not prepared with 6 months of living expenses stashed in liquid assets; however the house investment should sell before we need the funds. We aren't hurting though. what else did you ask me?? I'm still looking at being a database administrator/consultant ....may tackle the "O" company and learn their product (Oracle). I was happy to see IBM buy Informix; although, IBM is not the best at marketing a product either....
