Albert,

I assume that you hold no position in intel because the above applies to intel just as much as amd.

Intel is:

(1) Profitable
(2) Less risky financially

Hence, for the aforementioned reasons, I own Intel rather than AMD.

As to market "acceptance", AMD has been trying for years and given the recent loss of Gateway, Acceptance might be going down the toilet.
