Good move, John.

BTW, I went to the Dell customer service website for a technical question (driver error message). Couldn't find the info at the site so sent in the question via the submit form. Received an automated response saying they would get back to me and their goal was 24 hour turnaround. That was the middle of last week. No response yet. I'd bet lunch I don't here back from them.

Hope I'm wrong. I like Dell (have four right now) but customer service isn't what it used to be.

I stayed out of the market for a while. Will be going back in a month or so.
