Yes the chart is split adjusted. This means that you can treat the prices in the chart as if there was no split (you don't have to adjust it yourself its already adjusted).

The split adjusted figure at the begining of the chart is about 8 (but maybe its 9, its not a linear chart). The current price is 16.39. Since we don't have to adjust for a split (remember as you say it is all ready split adjusted) we can just look at the before and after price and see that 16.39 is more then twice 8.

But then as I said 100% return over that period stinks.
