Bill, no $200/day habit, but I am (almost) high as a kite, since my play on COVD is currently at 231% profit in less than a month (avg price $.83, today's price $2.75) :-)

Covad saved my year as I failed to sell much of my AMD this spring at $35, or to bail on the way down in July after 2Q warning. :-( But I still managed to finish about 100% up for 2001. :-)

I did sell some AMD this spring around $29-$31 to put into TDFX (3dfx Interactive) in hopes of receiving some NVDA in 3dfx's liquidation. Average cost around $.30, currently $.49. I expect anywhere from $.75 to $2.00 in return, depending on how many of 2 million shares of NVDA is left for 3dfx shareholders. It's a long story.

<On Topic>Big question on AMD is what do we expect to hear for 4Q01 CC, on 1/16/02 at 2:30pm PT. Hoping for positivity, but don't think we'll break even. Improving guidance for 1Q & 2Q 2002 would be nice.
