There is no statutory requirement that directors hold stock in any of the 50 states that I know about.

It could be made a condition by a particular corporation, but it would be unusual.

He'd no sooner pay market prices for suncom than Eddy would. I would buy suncom too (well i would have to think about it) if I could do it at under $4 bucks. He's holding so he won't have to pay taxes in 01. CT, what a strech. Are you really that desperate to drum up good news for your baby?
