It might be. That's why the stock is cheap. When Billy was touting it, it was trading in the hundreds.

It was up today a whopping 3.9%. It appears the battle is now between Akam, and CWP (which bought digital island).
CWP has $2 billion in cash, Akam has $230 million in cash lets wait to see how this plays out.
I think CWP will end up the winner.
