KB, Good advise. The charts are still improving for the shorts on the builders. It is very rare for the leading sector in one year to be a leading sector the next. The odds and the charts are in favor of the shorts. I used the run up to add to my HOV shorts at 21.45 and added some CTX at 56.50. CTX has some nice leverage. I'm off to take the dog for a walk (got a Golden Retriever for xmas) Jim

Thank, KB, I needed that...."Thank you sir, may I have another?" Actually, the discussion was on KBH, not BZH, though that's undoubtedly a typo on your part. I did manage to cover and reshort for a .50 gain on 1K of my shorts, just for sport...covered at 38.85, reshorted at 39.46...only to see the sucker add another 1.40 in a blink! The volume was making me suck my gut in.... covering on the news maybe? It bothers me to see large buys happening fast and furious like that! Cosmo
