Bob, you haven't factored in taxes. In any event, MWAV earns 85 cents in 2001 for a mid single digits PE. They will do even better in 02 and beyond. Stock is dirt cheap, a great value play.

will expand in the carry-on baggage screening market through the purchase of certain PerkinElmer assets,
including ARGUS explosive detection technology. OSIS expects the transaction to be accretive to earnings.
ARGUS grants were issued by the FAA to L-3, Perkin Elmer, and Invision Technologies for the development
of a certified, automated explosive detection system for mid-sized, regional airports.
