that of the 95 people up for capital crimes, more than 90% were acquitted when proper legal counsel was available....

sort of like OJ, huh? are you helping him look for the "real" killer?

while some are on death row with attornies that slept through the trials

let's see some documentation that Texas ""attornies"" were sleeping through these trials...
