"A glut of capacity, if it exists, is an excess of lit fiber" Ask the people who make gear in this sector how demand and prices have been holding up for the past two years and then ask yourself how things could have collapsed so badly WITHOUT a glut of capacity. The issue is not whether ro not the glut exists -- it does. The issue is how fast it will be mopped up. How about in another two or three years. Until then, and probably after then, prices will be terrible. That is what a glut does to pricing.
