It's just not any kind of a panacea for them. The problem for each country now is that they have given up fiscal control of their economy to the Bureaucrats in Belgium. For instance, Ireland, which has a rapidly expanding economy, will not be able to expand their money supply to match it, and will probably slow down. The Labor, agricultural, and other reforms that were supposed to make up for this, are not happening.
