Hutch,

A small correction is always possible after a 100% move in a few months. But shorting this stock is a loosing proposition.

If all goes as plan, BAY is currently selling at a P/E of 2.0 based on year one net profits which should be in 1993-1994.

Technicals are valid indicators but they can remain "maxed out" to use your terms for weeks and months.
