I would trade with the range. It's at the bottom of it's range now so odds are it goes back up. It's also at some key support. Volume is drying up so a NT bounce is not unlikely. The last time it bounced it didn't get very far and has fallen back to the bottom of the range. This could indicate it wants to finally break to the down side. The best odds play is to sell the rallys not the bottoms of them IMO. I don't really know what your time horizon is on these plays....all this is from looking at a weekly chart.
