I had the problem in win95 that a browser window would not be resizable. either it was max (full screen) or on the task bar on the bottom. if i hit the -- which should have made it less than max, it went to the task bar and was nor resizable. the only way i could get the windows back to resizeability in such situations was to completely shut down the puter, and reboot it. that worked. larry
