Words and Numbers: Analog vs. Digital.... >>Since words and numbers demonstrably have the same "power", numbers are no more capable of expressing ultimate reality than are words.>> ONE is causal. The other becomes the "effect" that proceeds forth from the cause. Our languages of letters and literal Words are equivalent to a painter's painting. The painter's infinite spirit is the cause. The final painting simply represents "the effect" that proceeds forth from that cause. And in the same manner, the paint, painting skill, canvas and all the spiritual images and menories combined to form these digital components fo the spiritual causes that go into the final artistic synthesis which is the painting itself. Words alone are nothing. Just as paint alone is nothing. It's the multithreaded, infinite, spiritual component which give them life and make them dance and sing. This is more akin to the digital and spiritual realm of pure numbers than the objectified analogue realm of crude letters and images. Everything in the universe is a form of energy which is another way of saying Light. And ALL of this light is projected onto this literal canvas which passes for reality. This is what Adi Da calls "the objectified form or manifestation of light". Makes perfect sense to me. Just like the way a movie projects images on the silver screen. If we fail to understand what passes for reality is simply an objectified - movie screen like - literal "effect" that proceeds from a vast, infinite spiritual reality we will deny the very nature and existence of reality itself. And if we do this we will remain inside these Wizard of Oz-like literal, objectified movie castles paying for tickets to experience an illusionary appearance that passes for reality. It's time we all transcend and rise up to embrace other methods and forms of communication. The Divine Science of numerical correspondences is one form which has returned to this world after centuries of being rubbed out. There are and will be other forms of digital spiritual communication which will help us to transcend the retrictions of literal letters and words. 119293!!
