here's the full report:

the last two reports have smoothed out about 350,000 jobless claims due to their seasonal adjustments. unemployment report does the same. recall seeing the unadjusted unemployment rate jump 1.3 percentage points with the headline unemployment hardly moving at all. both reports will catch up later to the unadjusted numbers unless there is a strong improvement in hiring very soon.

Disregard...unemployment is good for the market. Fewer salaries to be paid, fewer benefits...and none of those annoying 401K matches for the "dearly departed"...<G>
