Nonetheless, intentional or not, the reality is (and you know it) innocent people are dying by intentional bombing. Everyone knows innocent people die in war. You are finding or making a justification for innocent people dying, saying something like we are fighting back terrorists. And it is true. But at the end of the day there's a two year or three year old or whatever that is dead. As you say, it is wrong to murder, but we are able to find justification for that in war. Some women, some men, are able to justify the ending of a pregnancy and courts of law agree with that view.
