for God sake, ExxonMobil has $270B mktcap !!! try something 1/1000-th smaller or something 1/10,000-th smaller oil/gas juniors and midcaps are all over the place take a look at mktcaps in $80-800M range as for techs, watch EMC, INTC, CSCO, RBAK whipsaw the best they can hope for is a return to some profitability as for renewed growth trend, forget it the tech overcapacity and excess inventory will be problematic for several months sure, techs will rise here but they will also fake your ass out left & right / jim you are returning to the familiar, not the optimal
