nutz -- if you wait until he stops you'll miss. Stocks will start declining while he is pumping -- the myth happens while he is firing both barrels. Only way he quits pumping is when he leaves office or things are already completely out of control

As much as I've heard that his primary target is the equity market -- I think that's BS. It's an indirect result, but there's no point in arguing it -- he deliberately tries to confuse folks on his real motives. Clearly, from an economic standpoint he wants to reinvigorate capital spending -- it won't happen -- that's why he won't quit. Consumption can't do it, free money can't do it ...

I think if you are hoping for an extended move ala '98 you'll be sorely disappointed, but you already know my position -- party on, man.
