I look at this situation as one of government requiring more funds than those that contribute to the pot are able to put in. Which leads to the question why must we loan money to the government, and not to the free enterprises that create the funds to contribute to the pot. For example, I understand loaning to governments that need to build infrastructure, so long as its not a road to no where. But countries such as Argentina, why loan the government money when the desire is for less government and more free enterprise?
