I'm pretty sure they meant 20% in Q4 2000. I was surprised at first, but the "Q4 2001 increased by some 7%, up to 27%" cleared it up somewhat.

27% is for 3q US desktop (all segments) market. Follow the link to one of the bloomberg notes on the topic. I believe that 80% for overall x86 sales that would include markets outside of US and servers and mobiles (xbox ?)
