Dak: There was very heavy tax loss selling before year end (I know as I tracked down some of the larger sellers and spoke with them.... all expect to buy the stock back early in the year). They will not be able to buy it back for the price at which they sold, as that stock was soaked up by a small group of players who like the situation. I am also delighted over the fact that a very canny market maker took down a good chunk of the recent financing. If things go as I expect, it would not surprise me to see some very interesting relationships develop this spring. More when able. Best, Earlie
