Greg , I did that on purpose. The reason for the stocks reaction to the events so far is that there is very little information given. It could be either A or B . On the one hand , all these mou's could be a way of keeping key information underwraps until all the ducks are ligned up and then we get a flurry of news events. Or B, they are unable to get firm commitments from anybody . I am of the belief that no one is that incapable and that all these MOU's have a greater purpose. Fulfill the OSC's requirements for disclosure, but at the same time keep the relevant innformation under wraps until the appropriates ducks have been ligned up. It may seem that the response is wishy washy, but it reflects the confusion in the market place.
