However, there is a major shift underway in the Republican party. Pete Wilson, and Jesse Helms are out. GW is in. Blacks and Hispanics will begin to realign themselves once they see that the RP is no longer the enemy.

BETTER BE CAREFUL THERE ARE IN FACT LATINOS IN THE PRESIDENTS FAMILY AND THEY ACTUALLY MOVED OVER TO THE GOP IN HUGE NUMBERS BECAUSE THEY KNOW HE IS AN HONEST MAN.
