Looks good - you can try letting the text box do the pointing itself too:

Press/hold down the CTRL key.
Click in the center of the box.
Drag the mouse to the location at which the callout pointer should end.

But I like the way you're doing arrows for what you're doing right now.

(BTW, the last one isn't a divergence yet since it could still go higher. Only when things turn back down can you say that you got a lower high on the RSI).

That is great! One of my biggest frustrations has always been when someone is verbally describing charts my difficulty in translating the words visually onto the screen.
