Technology, techniques, knowledge and experience are what it's all about. Hmmm... methinks you should review your position. Afterall, look what a bunch of relatively illiterate, and culturally unsophisticated extremists were able to achieve with a couple of jet-liners? They spend a couple of years, spend a couple of hundred thousand dollars in training and logistical support, and voila!! They cause well over $40 Billion in physical damage, as well as trillions in economic damage. Only 8 of them were actually trained in how to fly the planes. The rest were just "hired muscle" tasked with keeping the passengers in check. And what could they do were they to get their hands on biological weapons? What if some of these death-seeking conscripts are deliberately injected with a highly contagious virus, and then sent to roam around heavily populated cities to cough and sneeze on everyone? The Israelis are reporting toxic substances being used in some of those suicide bombings. It doesn't take much sophistication for a relatively few "conscripts" to achieve major carnage by merely being willing to die for their cause. So I'm with Unclewest on this one (little surprise).. "Military threats" can be categorized as anything that threatens the physical, economic and political stability of your nation. It should NOT be relegated to merely something that threatens your army. Any military expert knows that its the enemy you can't see, which is the one which can be most destructive, if only to our own political freedoms and sense of well-being and confidence. Hawk
