If Norton and ZA Pro are running well I wouldn't know why you would need a backup AV program. One might catch a new virus that one misses but with some common sense procedures (such as not ever opening an attachment until you know what it is and never opening anything from a stranger and downloading defs regularly) I would hesitate to run AVG and Norton at the same time. It may not cause any problems but I wouldn't count on it. Of course, JMO.
