granted, I don't believe "everything" that Maria reports on CNBC.....guess it is time for me to turn down the volume.

OH, BTW, looks like I've got a couple of good bites toward my next job.....one in Memphis, the other in Detroit....glad I have a swimming pool at my house in Orlando, huh?
