As you know, production is not the only issue in the silver market. So I don't think it really does matter.

The problem again is that we do not know enough about the owners of all the silver that is being held above ground. At what price will these silver hoarders become ready to sell?

As well, we don't know about the potential investment demand that could surge at any moment on the first signs that a silver bull market has started.
