not today, but previously on the initial drop to high 10's. i played the greater fool technique and, oddly, there was a greater fool willing to buy my shares at 14.

haven't touched it since. its backlog of pending litigation is staggering.

i suppose it's possible texas courts could pass an asbestos exemption law for HAL like penn. did for CCK recently. if they do, i'll be watching for molly ivins commentary. -g-
