KM: You have to look at "take apart" value for a bottom on KM...cash, book value etc. to figure out where the bottom is.

Management says they have enough cash to turn the company around. PRU says they don't see it, but interestingly enough are a big buyer of the stock today. Volume of over 20mm shares tells the tale. Hope you are planning on just playing to the overhead gap fill.
